CRYSTAL TEX 626 is a tapioca based dextrin that is soluble and suitable for clinical drinks with a slower glucose release rate than maltodextrin. 

HI-MAIZE 260 - is a resistant starch that has a self substantiated General Level Health Claim for Digestive Health. This is suitable for powdered mixes for adding nutrition. Labelling is vegetable fibre.
